The Limata UV P50 direct imaging system is the ideal solution for fast, high-resolution and robust Prototyping InHouse. Within a few minutes you manufacture your circuit board in the laboratory of your own with a minimum pattern size up to 50 um. Thanks to the newest camera registration and maskless exposure technology, a high precision of the drilling pattern to the conductive pattern is achieved at the InHouse production of circuit boards.
The quality of the InHouse manufactured circuit boards agree exactly with a following series production at the circuit board manufacturer. The UV-P50 is available in two different versions, Basic and Pro, which differ only in their minimum resolution and in the circuit board registration.

Automatic camera registration
The precise registration of double-sided circuit boards is made automatic with the UV-P50 camera system. The camera system of the UV-P50 detects registration drill holes in a range of about a few micrometers und corrects the wrong positon of the PCB in a few seconds.
With this solution it is now possible to manufacture professional double sided PCBs or Multilayer PCBs inHouse without any positioning errors.
